The Farm

In the middle of the afternoon of the sixth day of travel, we finally reached the village. A small farm was the first building we came across, a farmer was hoeing the vegetable garden nearby, while his wife was feeding the goats in the enclosure.

It was a serene and almost happy image, inside me I was really sorry for what would happen shortly thereafter.

The inhabitants of this village had no idea of the horrors that we would unleash with our mission.
