Torrent Ascent

After two days in the forest and two days in the hills, the road finally reached the first real mountain slopes, and indeed the trail began to climb.
A pleasant, well-maintained place, with a placid stream flowing down from the glaciers, and small wooden bridges allowed us to easily advance along the ascent.
Pleasant but tiring, we continued climbing for hours, and finally, exhausted, the storm arrived.
Thus began our troubles.
