Passage over the Abyss

I suffer from vertigo, I think I've mentioned this several times in my previous journal entries; this time, however, it was truly hard.
The bridge shook and seemed like it would collapse into the void beneath us at any moment; the ropes holding it all up seemed frayed and ready to snap a moment before we could reach safety.
Luckily, none of this happened; we crossed the abyss and continued toward the depths.
